The hotel was very clean and well organized! the staff was helpful, especially at the reception. the location is convenient with access to transportation. i used the shuttle service to a nearby hotel. It was on time. the breakfast had various options.
the hot water in the shower was not very hot at times.

The room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff kept it super clean daily. Mukesh from the concierge team offered excellent assistance with directions and taxi bookings. The breakfast had a good variety, and the staff in the dining area were friendly. I found the hotel's location convenient, with several restaurants within walking distance.
The shower water temperature was inconsistent. It fluctuated between warm and cold at times.

The room featured modern amenities including a tv and individual climate control. A mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary water, restocked daily. the bathroom had fresh towels and toiletries. I found everything was well-kept.

The staff were helpful. Makesh, the Concierge, readily assisted and made me comfortable. He gave advice regarding taxis and places to visit. I appreciated the advice and support. The hotel was very clean.
The Red Lion pub is a smoker's paradise. There is no non-smoking area with proper ventilation. You cannot breathe when they show a football game. It is awful to eat with people breathing smoke all over your food in 2024. This was a big let down.

The location suited my needs perfectly. I used the metro. restaurants had good quality. i rebooked for another week. It was charmed.
The hot water wasn't very hot in the shower. there was only a shower. A bath was absent.

I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel. The free valet service was a great addition and made parking easy. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It offered many delicious options.
The room I had smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking floor. I had to switch to another room, but it was noisier. The mechanical room noise kept me awake for two nights. The bathroom also had a dirty smell.
